Terms and Conditions

1. General

With the purchase of offers and services of Be-Balanced you accept these terms and conditions in all respects without reservation.

2. Right of use

You can use the premises and facilities at Be-Balanced or any other premises reserved for our services after purchasing a valid class, membership card or workshop observing the rules accepted by signing the registration form. Be-Balanced can refuse the use at any time and without giving reasons, or cancel the membership or yoga card in case of gross violations of these rules.

3. Terms of payment

The current prices can be found on the website (www.be-balance.life). With the appearance of a new price list, the old price list automatically loses its validity. Your purchase agreement will commence on the day you sign up for a service with us.

Workshops:

• 40% of the total of the total amount to be paid once the contract is signed.  

• 60% 1 week prior to workshop commencement.

Sessions:

• Private Sessions & Small Group Sessions - Invoices are sent at the end of each calendar month, payment to be received no later then the 3rd day of the following month. Package purchases are paid upon requesting the package price.

• Online Sessions are payed upon booking a session.

5. Prices

The current prices can be found on the website (www.be-balanced.life). With the appearance of a new price list, the old price list automatically loses its validity. Online classes prices are charged and listed separately on the be-balanced.life website.

6. Change of course offer

We reserve the right to change our course offer / opening hours in a reasonable manner without affecting the terms of payment.

The different contracts can only be terminated if a medical certificate in case of accident over a period of at least three months is presented. In case of illness of at least 2 weeks and presentation of a medical certificate the membership can be extended by this period. This regulation is not valid for the starter offer.

7. Liability for participation in our services

Participation is at your own risk. Be-Balanced is not liable for the consequences of improperly performed exercises and any resulting damage to health.  Be-Balanced assumes no liability for lost items. Claims for damages of any kind are excluded for both live in person sessions or online sessions held by Be-Balanced.

8. Health status of the member

You assure that performing any of the Be-Balanced exercises are not precluded by medical indications. In case of doubt, a doctor should always be consulted before attending a session. The participant undertakes to notify a pregnancy, a chronic illness, a disease of the nervous system.

9. Privacy Policy

We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations. If you use the service of Be-Balanced, personal data will be collected. 10. Availability of our Services via our Website

The website is provided without any warranty. The availability of the website cannot be guaranteed. It may be affected by disturbances, maintenance or circumstances in which we have no influence. The quality, functionality, availability or performance of the website or any content of the website cannot be guaranteed.  Be-Balanced reserves the right to change, suspend or remove any content on the Site at any time, suspend access to or registration of your account, or discontinue certain Web sites or uses without prior notice.

11. Changes of the terms & conditions

Be-Balanced reserves the right to change or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. In case of an existing contract we will inform you about the changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are subject to German law.

13. Severability clause

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, the applicable provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Conditions. This separation has no effect on the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
