About Nicole
Nicole Mouton (C-IAYT) Yoga Therapist
Nicole Mouton, C-IAYT

Walking the path towards healing and balance might sound exciting, but taking the first step can feel over-whelming. I am here to walk alongside you on that path.

As a certified yoga therapist, I specialize in working with people dealing with a variety of issues, including burnout, chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, anxiety, and depression.  I work 1-on-1 in Therapeutic Yoga sessions  as well as, Trauma Sensitive Yoga sessions helping others restore a sense of calm and balance to their daily lives, as well as improve their overall health -- physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Born and raised in South Africa, my journey to becoming a yoga therapist began whilst working as a project manager in the Middle East, in a very high-intensity fast-paced environment. It was there, faced with a number of health challenges, that I discovered yoga, and on my yoga mat, that I found peace for my anxiety, healing for my over-stressed body, and balance in my daily life. Now years later, I enjoy paying it forward by helping others experience the same healing benefits of yoga for the mind, body, and soul.

Since moving to Germany in 2017, I have had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clients from all around the globe helping them find peace, healing, and balance. Whether you desire relief for pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental health, I provide the resources to do so in a safe and quiet space. I look forward to meeting you.

When I am not on my yoga mat, you can find me jumping on my bike, exploring the organic food markets of Stuttgart or in the forest inhaling the healing surroundings of nature.

Additionaly, I work remotely from Stuttgart for the The Yoga Therapy Institute in Amsterdam.
