She is known for her gentle, respectful approach and believes strongly that combining various disciplines that offer the tools we all need to re-connect with our bodies,bring self-awareness into play,while finding our way back into a state of balance.
Her practice and teaching aim's to bring a certain fluidity, somatic awareness, and therapeutic element to movement ,so that it is of service to your body, mind, and overall well-being.
Originally from South Africa, Nicole lived and worked in the
Middle-East for 10 years where she re-discovered the healing power of mindful practices during a hectic and stressful period of her life.
Since becoming a certified yoga instructor in Dubai, she has had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients from around the globe helping them find balance and healing.
