Originally from South Africa, I lived and worked in the Middle East for 10 years. It was during this period of my life that I re-discovered the benefits and the healing power of mindful practices, whilst working within a high-intensity and fast-paced environment.
Integrating mindful practices helped me to find balance once again.
For this reason, I choose to take an individualized holistic approach towards each person I encounter. Viewing you as a whole, taking into consideration the layers of your past, your present experiences, and your motivations, enabling us together, to create an approach tailored towards your individual journey.
I believe strongly that combining various disciplines that offer us tools we all need to re-connect with our bodies, bring self-awareness into play while finding our way back into a state of balance.
Together we will bring a certain fluidity, somatic awareness, and therapeutic element to your movement so that it is of service to your body, mind, and overall well-being.
Since becoming a certified yoga instructor in Dubai, I have continued my training at The Yoga Therapy Institute and had the privilege to work with a wide variety of clients from around the globe helping them find balance and healing.
