What is Mindful Movement?

Mindful Movement is a holistic approach that utilizes therapeutic yoga tools and other relaxation techniques -- which may include a mixture of deep breathing, stretching, and mindfulness practices -- that help to reset the nervous system and restore a sense of calm and balance to both the mind and body.
